This is not a framework. It’s a rhythm.
In the Circle of Becoming, we honor the truth that transformation isn’t linear.
It follows the shape of the earth, the breath, the tide.
We don’t push through—we move with.
Each season brings its own invitation:

What is stirring beneath the surface?
Where are you ready to say yes before you feel ready?
This is the season of threshold crossings, new growth, and raw beginnings.

Where are you being called to take up more space?
What becomes possible when you stop dimming?
Summer asks us to live out loud. To embody. To stretch.

What needs to fall away, even if it’s beautiful?
What truth are you finally ready to speak?
This is where we let go of old armor and outdated stories.

What’s still unfinished in you—but no longer urgent?
Where do you need rest, ritual, or stillness?
Winter is where we become honest. Slow. Whole again.
This cycle underpins all that we do—retreats, writing, rituals, and real-time becoming.

Each season includes its own retreat (in-person or virtual), curated rituals, embodied experiments, and deep, gentle guidance.
✈️ Where Will We Gather?
Most in-person retreats will take place in the Southeastern U.S. — think North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, or Florida.
Each location is chosen for its quiet beauty, accessibility, and ability to hold transformation with care. Exact addresses will be shared well in advance.
*Winter is our most intimate and high-touch retreat, often hosted in a coastal setting for deep release.
